The main focus of Thai Massage is to help attain or regain ‘balance’ in the flow of energy in the body.

It works on both the superficial and deeper fascial layers of muscles, ligaments, joints, and connective tissue, and it touches all areas of the body including the nervous, cardiovascular, digestive, and respiratory systems.

Combined with the flow of stretching movements, the practitioner uses a variety of pressures: palms, forearms, thumbs, elbows, feet, and knees which allows the body to relax and open up allowing the energy to flow.
